Training in collaboration with TechnoCampus in Strépy-Braquegnies
Organization
Planned in six stages which are: pre-training to confirm the professional project, theoretical and practical training, preparation for the internship, job coaching, company internships, final evaluation and employment.
- A theoretical part at TechnoCampus: Technology courses (reading and drawing plans, understanding symbols, etc.)
- The passage of the VCA
- Passing the ground bridge operator certificate
- Passing the front forklift operator certificate
- Passing the nacelle certificate
- Operational excellence
- A practical part of specialization: Semi and TIG welding.
- The training will be accompanied by individual and collective coaching throughout the training course in order to promote the link between skills, interpersonal skills and know-how.
- Coaching modules aimed at acquiring job search techniques.
- Several internship periods (formative and skills assessment). These internships will allow you to put your acquired knowledge into practice and facilitate the necessary adjustments to access employment.

You have mobility solutions (bike, scooter) to get to the site (break schedule and companies in areas poorly served by TEC)
You accept the working conditions of the industry (break schedules, noise, heavy loads, environment, cold or hot, etc.)
