- At the end of this training, via technical and practical specialization, you will have acquired the knowledge and
- know-how necessary to occupy a position as a welder in a workshop
or on site as
- Assemble by fusion, the parts or elements of various parts, using different welding processes and appropriate equipment
- Basic technical drawing: read a plan, a working drawing, or worksheets to carry out
- Adjust the welding stations according to the operating mode parameters
- Check the dimensional conformity of the assembly according to the plan
- Carry out welding of the assembly following the recommendations
- Check the conformity and visual quality of welds in relation to technical specifications
- Visually assess the nature of defects and identify repair operations
- Carry out welding repair work
- Ensure first level maintenance of tools and equipment
Solder in different techniques
- Semi Processes (PA, PB, PC, PF, PD, PH, etc.)
- TIG processes Carbon Steel – Stainless Steel – Aluminum (Positions: PA, PB, PH, PC, etc.)
- Introduction to the use of production machines (shears, band saw, drill, etc.)
- Learning other processes such as oxycutting, plasma, arcair, etc.
