Chassis installer/installer

Training in partnership with the University of Labor, FUNOC, the Forem Business Competence Center in Gosselies, Construform in Châtelineau and Constructiv.

Goals

At the end of the Chassis Installer training, you will be able to

to create a frame with basic assembly, a profiled frame
to machine and assemble exterior joinery in wood, metal or synthetic material
to place exterior carpentry cladding, exterior carpentry elements
to follow technical construction drawings
to read plans

As well as

to organize, structure and create a CV
to carry out a job search via various channels
to present your application spontaneously or by responding to an offer
to appear for a job interview

Start: October 28, 2024
End: April 6, 2025
Duration: 23 weeks

Conditions

Organization: You are registered as a job seeker
Organization: You have sufficient knowledge of French to be able to:
Organization: Understand the safety instructions
Organization: Read and understand training documents relating to the profession
Organization: Take a written test
Organization: You have basic notions of mathematics (simple calculations)
Organization: You know how to measure

You know how to make yourself available from 8:00 a.m. for practical training days and from 6:30 a.m. for company internships. (work on your mobility and organize childcare)

You don't feel dizzy.

You are open to the flexibility of the job: the fitter position is carried out in a workshop, in a company, but the installer position begins by bringing together the staff in the company to leave as a team on site, spend the day's work on site, return to the company and finally return home.

You are in good physical condition to be able to carry heavy loads, know how to work outdoors in all weathers and indoors sometimes in unsanitary buildings.

A medical examination is planned before starting training.
