Goals
At the end of the training, the candidate will be able to
- Maintain the living space by adapting to the beneficiary’s lifestyle habits and ensuring their safety
- Maintain and iron laundry
- Carry out extra shopping
- Advise the beneficiary and those around them to ensure their comfort and safety
- Relay information to the various professional home stakeholders
- Respect agreed times
- React quickly with calm and self-control to a sudden event
- Apply company rules regarding safety and respect for the environment
- Respect ethics and apply the regulations and instructions in force in the company
- Adopt appropriate behavioral skills
- Communicate easily
- Work methodically and rigorously
- Joining a work team
- Show initiative
- Be able to pass your theoretical driving test.

- Organization
- Have good physical condition
Have a correct presentation and good personal hygiene.
Know how to get around, be resourceful with the TEC network and plan to get your driving license within the year.
Be able to read and write elementary French (follow courses, communicate with clients, complete documents) + Basic knowledge of mathematics (calculation of hours worked).
